POLICIES
PRIVATES

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we are committed to providing efficient service to all clients. A 24-hour advance notice is required for appointment cancellations to allow us to accommodate others. Failure to provide this notice will result in a full charge for the missed appointment. This policy also helps instructors manage their schedules effectively for travel and time planning.
No-Shows:
If you forget or choose to miss your appointment, you will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged for the full session.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments. Your instructor will determine if the session can proceed based on the remaining time. Regardless of session length, the full appointment charge will apply. Please arrive on time out of respect for your instructor and other clients.
